What is the difference between the plans?+

Free includes one workspace, 200 transactions and 50 receipts per Australian financial year, email and WhatsApp receipt capture, AI enrichment, and BAS/GST prep visibility. Exports are paid-only. Ovio Books Lite and Ovio Books Plus add accountant-ready export and higher capacity; Plus also adds more workspaces.

Is there a free plan?+

Yes. Free is permanent and includes one workspace, annual transaction and receipt limits, email and WhatsApp receipt capture, AI enrichment, and BAS/GST prep visibility. Exports are paid-only.

What happens when I reach the Free limits?+

Free keeps your account active, but new imports and uploads are limited until the next Australian financial-year reset or until you upgrade.

Can I see BAS/GST on Free?+

Yes. Free users can review BAS/GST prep visibility in Ovio. Activity Statement CSV export and other file exports are paid-only.

Can I export on Free?+

No. Transaction, receipt, and Activity Statement exports are paid-plan features.

Why is yearly pricing described as save 2 months?+

The yearly prices are $60/year for Lite and $120/year for Plus, compared with $6/month and $12/month paid monthly.

Can I use Ovio Books only around tax time?+

You can, but the product is most useful when receipts and bank transactions are added during the year, before spreadsheet catch-up becomes a separate job.
